Thailand should have a new prime minister this weekend. Preliminary exit polls from last weekend show the Thai Rak Thai party, Thaksin's former party, with over a 30% lead, followed by the Democratic party leading all the smaller parties by at least 20%. Should be interesting to see how this election ends. The last one brought out the tanks and friendly generals.

A week ago I saw Lions and Lambs with Robert Redford, Tom Cruise, and Meryl Streep at Central World, alone on a Friday night. My friends weren't interested in "political flicks" and Central World was the only theater in Bangkok, with only one showing of the movie a day. There were only ten people in the theater. Might have been the one of the best movies I've seen in the past 5 years. I wrote a review on IMDb about the film.

Back to the books. Tomorrow's exam is at 9am!
